RAK Properties is the premier
real estate company in the emirate of Ras
AL Khaimah. It was formed with the support
of the RAK government to oversee the development of property,
tourism and leisure in Ras AL Khaimah.

Julfar Towers: Located 4 kilometers north of
Ras AL Khaimah, Julfar was mentioned as a city
in records dating back to 695AD. The twelfth
century geographer AL Idrisi mentioned julfar
as a place associated with pearls. One of the
interesting find from the site was a coffee bean
dating from the thirteenth century AD, the earliest
yet recovered in the UAE.
MINAL
AL ARAB: Mina Al Arab, referred to
in English as Port of Arabia or Port Arabia,
is a mixed use leisure and holiday beach
resort development situated along the beach
of Ras Al Khaimah. The AED 10 billion (US$
2.7 billion) project will cover an area of
30 million square feet (2.8 million square
meters) and be spread along 13 kilometers
(8 miles) of a beachfront strip and a group
of islands.
